I am interested in adding fish oil to my diet but have no idea where to start. Just an omega 3, 3-6-9, it is hard enough choosing a company and a good quality one but how much do you take a day and which version do you choose?

How much fish oil to take?

Does anyone know how much fish oil to take for general health? I've heard that you need to take up to 5 grams of fish oils a day for an anti-aging effect. Also, how do you figure out the best time when to take fish oil supplements. Is it better to take them on an empty stomach or to take with food?
