How much DHA is in Nature Made 1000 mg. soft gels?

I take Nature Made Burp-less Fish Oil, 1000 mg soft gel containing 300 mg. of omega 3 fatty acids. The "Supplement Facts" on the back does not state how much DHA is in each serving size. I've heard that you should take 600mg. of DHA every day, so could you please let me know the amount?

Reply: I checked out the Nature Made website and it shows that every 3 soft gels contain 900 mg of Omega-3s, including 750 mg of EPA & DHA; more than the 500 mg of EPA and DHA recommended by some experts for heart health.

Unfortunately, Nature Made doesn't list the individual amounts of EPA and DHA for this particular product.

You can get omega 3 supplements that provide only DHA. Nordic Naturals DHA softgels provides 500 mg. of DHA per soft gel and is an excellent way to increase your DHA levels.
