Whole Food Vitamin with Cod Liver Oil

I'm looking for a whole food multivitamin to use along with Cod Liver Oil, but I'm concerned about getting too much vitamin A and D. Any recommendations for a multivitamin with low/no vitamin A and D?

Reply: You could try using multi-vitamins that come in multi-packs; they usually come in a box of 30 packs with an assortment of separate vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. You'll probably have to read through the ingredients list to determine if a specific multi-pack comes with a separate vitamin A or D pills; you can simply take the other supplements and avoid taking the pills that come with Vitamin A or D. Vitamin A & D

If you use natural ingredients and not multi-vitamins created by the pharmaceuticals, then you can never get too much vitamins A & D in your body.
Your body will regulate itself when using natural whole foods and supplements.

Reply: I think that whole natural organic foods is the best way to get the vital nutrients, vitamins and minerals our bodies need to function at an optimal level. Unfortunately, many people may not be able to get the proper nutrients into their diet through food alone; not to mention the higher cost of many organic foods. Some people may benefit from the use of whole food supplements. ~ Kevin
