Both my son and I were battling warts on hand and feet. We went to Doc for several treatments. I even had laser surgery - didn't work. Then I researched home remedies and found tea tree oil. I already had some from using it in steaming water for sinus/respiratory problem (where medications did not help either). I started using it on warts and they finally went away. Just used a Q-tip with 1 drop full strength on each wart daily. Tea tree oil also cleared up toenail fungus. I'm now using tea tree oil for lice treatment/repellent. I also keep it on hand for cuts/scrapes and have used it on bug bites my husband got while in Haiti. Tea tree oil even clears up my little acne outbreaks. I'm usually one of those skeptics and certainly would not consider myself a natural/organic type. But I've seen actual results. I really wish there was serious research done on essential oils. It would be nice to have some objective data to back up these anecdotes.
