Krill oil is better than fish oil, but can be expensive

I've tried a number of fish oil supplements over that past few years and enjoy the benefits of the omega 3 fatty acids. However, one of the side effects I used to experience with some fish oils is fishy breath and I would occasionally have fish burps. Switching to different fish oils would reduce or eliminate these symptoms.

After learning about the benefits of krill oils, I decided to try these due to the added benefits of the omega 3 fatty acids and the antioxidants. I found the majority of krill oil products do cost more than fish oil, but I think you're supposed to get better absorption from krill compared to fish oils.

I used to use MegaRed Krill Oil but I found that Swansons Vitamins sells their own brand for about $13.00 for 60 capsules and it works just as well. I don't get fishy aftertaste and I think these work just as good.

Awesome blog! How much time did you spend to make so wonderful site?
Could you contact me please to discuss an advertising of Scary Halloween Costumes on your blog? I would pay the amount you want for banner ads or other ads you can suggest.

Answer me, please! Thank you!
