Very Very Happy, In two months dropped my triglycerides from 453 to 190!!!

Taking Spring Valley Fish Oils helped me drop my triglycerides from 453 to 190, in about two months. My doctor said to keep doing what I'm doing. I also lost about 15 pounds...could this be due to the fish oil? I take two a day. I bought the twin pack 1000 mg. bottle. I would recommend Spring Valley Fish Oils to others.
