Coconut Oil gives me an energy boost!

I wasn't sure if virgin coconut oil would do anything for me - I've tried a lot of different weight loss supplements and diets. I thought, what the heck, coconut oil is 100% natural and i'd rather try something natural than some man-made chemical to lose weight. I couldn't believe how great coconut oil really is until i tried it. I started with one heaping tablespoon right before my morning aerobics class. I just mixed it into a cup of tea and i could barely taste it. I used garden of life virgin coconut oil. I normally start to poop out during the last half of my aerobic class but with coconut oil i had energy to last through the whole class! And even after leaving the gym i felt like i had lots of energy through the rest of the day. Most times, i feel tired out at the end of the day, but the coconut oil seemed to give me lasting energy. I was really surprised. I continue to use coconut oil everyday and I lost almost 10 lbs. in the last 2 months - the only thing different i did was add coconut oil to my diet. I love coconut oil and will continue using it for an energy boost and to help me lose more weight.

Coconut Oil Made Me Slim Again

I had gained weight over the past couple years. Not a tremendous amount but enough that I didn't feel good about myself when I looked in the mirror. I started trying to lose weight but it wasn't coming off. When last summer arrived, I couldn't even fit into my favorite shorts.

Five weeks ago, I read an article about Extra Virgin Coconut Oil. It said that it helped with weight loss by increasing metabolism and that it was also good for your skin and your hair. I went down to my health food store and bought a jar of it.

The first time I used it to cook my eggs with, I didn't like the taste. I was used to frying in a combination of olive oil with a little butter. But, maybe because I was determined to give it a try, I soon got used to the taste and loved it. However, right from the start, I loved fish and steak or hamburger cooked in it. I started with two tablespoons a day. When I started researching it a little more, I saw where some people added it to their hot tea so I tried that. I only added a little and I soon adjusted to the oil in it.

Within two weeks, I realized that, even though I had only lost a couple pounds, my body was changing. My waist was slimmer and my stomach was flatter. I tried on my shorts and they fit - with a little room to spare!

I try to eat healthy and sensibly most of the time but I did not cut my calorie intake at all. And, over the last three weeks I have lost a couple more pounds - but it looks like a lot more because what I've lost, I've lost from all the right places. I'm not sure why but I definitely have.

I am presently taking about three tablespoons a day and, as a bonus, I have also started using it on my skin and body as suggested by other sites that I have been to.

I am now so pleased with it that it was becoming expensive. So I bypassed my neighborhood health store and ordered in on line. Its much cheaper that way. Just make sure that what you buy or order is Virgin Coconut Oil.

I lost 20 pounds with coconut oil!

Before I started taking virgin coconut oil about a 4 months ago, I was fighting to lose weight from my last two pregnancies and I was low on energy. I just couldn't keep up with my kids. Since including coconut oil in my diet I have lost twenty pounds and I have a lot more energy to get through the day. I'm so happy to have discovered virgin coconut oil. It's a blessing!
