These fish oils have the worse levels of EPA and DHA I've ever seen. Do you know how to look at the back of the bottle - out of 1000 mg. 300 of it is omega-3 fatty acids and determining what percentage is EPA and DHA fatty acids is important because they are both used to help with totally different things. Some people take these for anything from depression to joint health.
This bottle, as do all the others, has 3 possible active ingredient labeled - "Other Fatty acids". You don't even know what you are getting, and in my opinion, 300 mg. of Omega 3 is a very low dose a 3 times a day (I take up to 2000 mg.).
Plus, some people report these capsules don't digest well, which I am not sure is the case for everyone. They are very thick compared to other capsules, but this may have to do with a low acidity in certain stomachs.
