Virgin Coconut Oil is Great for Dogs

I began giving my two Labrador retrievers each a big spoonful of organic EV coconut oil daily - their coats are super glossy - AND - the dogs no longer smell "doggy"!! Even after getting caught in the rain, there is no odor. And so far this summer, no fleas either.

Hi Patricia, Thanks for sharing this gem of a tip! I've known about the benefits of using fish oils for dogs, but I never thought about the possible health benefits from giving coconut oil to our pets. It's great to see you experienced such great results and I'm sure other pet owners may benefit from this information.
