Using Flaxseed Oil to Lose Weight

by Chris
(Canada)

I've been taking flaxseed oil, with a low fat diet, for the past 2 to 3 weeks. I'm not seeing any results. Isn't flaxseed oil supposed to help you lose weight?

Flaxseed has Helped Me to Lose Weight
by: Jessie R.

I have been using a couple tsp. of ground flax seed every morning in yogurt or on toast. If I don't use it in the morning I'll mix it in with juice at night.

I started using it months ago and it helps my bowel regularity. I didn't originally use flaxseed to lose weight; more for the health benefits.

I was surprised when I lost weight in my knees. I also take garlic for the immune system, but mainly as an anti-parasitic supplement.

Now I'm reading about other people's experiences that say this helps towards losing weight! I'm looking good! - Jessie.
