I have Spring Valley Fish oil 1400 mgs. There's fear that fish oils have high levels of PCBs in them. Heard anything about this product?

Reply: Hi Robert - I think Spring Valley fish oil is good general fish oil for the consumer seeking medium concentrations of omega 3 fatty acids. The manufacturer for Spring Valley claims their oils are tested to conform to a number of purity and quality standards - including standards set forth by Health Canada, the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Norwegian Food Safety Authority (NFSA) and the European Commission.

Please read my review of Spring Valley Fish Oils. You'll find links to the Spring Valley website detailing how they manufacture their oils and the purification process they use to make their fish oils.

Thanks for visiting my website, Robert, and I hope this information helps you.
