Oil of Oregano for Sinus Infections

by Caveman Etris

I have heard many times over the years about taking oil of oregano to clear up sinus infections. I get infections every year because of constant sinusitis and allergies. I also have a bad immune system. When I woke up one day and had a sinus infection getting worse as the day went on, I then decided to try oil of oregano capsules sold at the local nutrition store.
The capsules were 60 mg. I found out how much to take on average for a sinus infection. So, I took seven pills a day for three days and my infection was gone. I always take vitamin C and zinc but that did not stop the infection. The oil of oregano capsules did the job. Some people take up to 600 mg. in a day for infections but I did not need to.
