Ever since my grandmother showed me about brushing teeth with baking soda and salt, I've used it. I am a 54 year old woman and so far, have never had a cavity. Usually, I put a couple drops of an herbal oil in with for flavor, so a few months ago I tried tea tree oil. It's flavor is strong and not my favorite, but I used it anyway. When I sat down to scrape off some plaque one day-guess what?-there wasn't any! I told a friend who had an abscessed tooth and I even made her some of the powder/tea tree oil up for her to use. In a week, she said her tooth showed no sign of infection. She's going to keep using it. Pretty good stuff!
