Is it Lipase that breaks Lauric Acid into Monolaurin?

by Brian Pearce

Dr. Kabala says that only 1~6% of lauric acid is broken down into monolaurin. Is it Lipase that performs this? His product contains lauric acid and glycerin. No enzymes. Is it the glycerin that boosts the uptake? If I take LypoGold from Enzymedica, along with Coconut products, would this boost the amount of monolaurin available?
