Gelatin in Spring Valley Fish Oil

(Anonymous)

What kind of gelatin is made in the Spring Valley Fish Oil capsules?

Reply: The label ingredients don't specify what type of gelatin is used in these fish oils. Gelatin is used to make the soft gel capsules and it's usually made from the connective tissue of animals; primarily collagen. You can also get kosher fish oils made from vegetable gelatin. If you want to avoid gelatin you can use liquid fish oils.
