Have you used Flaxseed Oil?
This is one of first healthy oils I added to my diet over 20 years ago. I think it's an excellent source of healthy fats and I love to mix it into my protein shakes and fruit smoothies. The omega 3 fatty acids in flaxseed oil help produce healthy cellular membranes, hormones and anti-inflammatory chemicals.
