I think it's one of the most important healthy oils you could add to your diet. Packed with omega 3 fatty acids, fish oils are proven to lower the risk for heart disease and fight inflammation within the body. I like to call this marine oil the "Fountain of Youth' and I've been taking it regularly for over a decade.
