I wasn't sure if virgin coconut oil would do anything for me - I've tried a lot of different weight loss supplements and diets. I thought, what the heck, coconut oil is 100% natural and i'd rather try something natural than some man-made chemical to lose weight. I couldn't believe how great coconut oil really is until i tried it. I started with one heaping tablespoon right before my morning aerobics class. I just mixed it into a cup of tea and i could barely taste it. I used garden of life virgin coconut oil. I normally start to poop out during the last half of my aerobic class but with coconut oil i had energy to last through the whole class! And even after leaving the gym i felt like i had lots of energy through the rest of the day. Most times, i feel tired out at the end of the day, but the coconut oil seemed to give me lasting energy. I was really surprised. I continue to use coconut oil everyday and I lost almost 10 lbs. in the last 2 months - the only thing different i did was add coconut oil to my diet. I love coconut oil and will continue using it for an energy boost and to help me lose more weight.
